With six unique plots, heat loss calculations were completed and recommendations made covering a range of technologies.
After detailed consideration, Stiebel Eltron ground source heat pumps with borehole collectors were installed in each unit, serving a mix of under-floor and radiator heating systems with digital room controls. A heat recovery ventilation system was installed in each unit to maximise energy efficiency, reduce heating costs and introduce clean filtered air.
